  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GARMENTS ARE DAMAGED OR DON’T FIT?

Toned by Ashy Bines have an amazing returns policy for anyone who has a quality issue with their garments. If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent Toned By Ashy Bines purchase we are happy to accept returns on items that are in original condition*, within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

Toned by Ashy Bines have a FREE returns policy. For anyone who is not 100% satisfied with a product, we do not expect you to keep it.

We want you to enjoy our products and rave about them.  Please send it back in its original condition, with tags, within 14 days, following our returns policy through the link above.

We do however need to make it clear that, as per our returns policy, products that have been worn or washed, if tags have been removed or if the garment care instructions are no adhered to, we are unable to accept returns. Please be careful when trying the item initially, if it isn’t right, send them back and we hope to match you with the right garment for you.
